I provide individual therapy to adults navigating a range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I often work with individuals who are willing to try new things, value growth, and appreciate honest feedback. I emphasize the importance of building authentic and genuine connections within your community.

I have specialized training in perinatal/maternal mental health (PMH-C) and in other areas, such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, sleep, grief/loss, and coping with health conditions. I utilize evidence-based therapy to support clients in making meaningful changes in these areas. I have experience supporting healthcare providers in a range of settings and in the past have led physician/clinician mother support groups. I also work with another organization called Authentic Connections Groups where I facilitate evidence-based groups for those in caregiving roles (e.g., parents, teachers, physicians, nurses, etc.) to help build resilience and meaningful connection. I provide online therapy to clients located anywhere in New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington State.

Approach

I tailor my approach to the needs of each client and work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that highlight each individual’s unique goals. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach based in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

I typically have appointment availability M-F mornings. I occasionally have some evening availability. My practice follows the Albuquerque Public School (APS) schedule. Therefore, my time off (breaks/holidays) mirrors the school schedule. Summer (July/August) I tend to have more limited availability.
